Dr. Medina Oakley has a multicultural background and speaks fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese. Earned his doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Barry University, located in Miami, FL. Barry University College of Podiatric Medicine is one of the oldest - and very prestigious - colleges of podiatric medicine in the U.S. Dr. Medina Oakley went to complete a three-year surgical residency program in Miami, FL at Westchester General Hospital. His training also included a fellowship at Bako Dermatopathology Laboratory in Alpharetta, Georgia. He is also a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and Florida Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Medina Oakley has authored numerous publications.
